Beer fermentation tank is used for the fermentation of beer and wine storage, it is mainly composed of fermentation tank and seeds tank, they are attached to each raw material (medium) modulation, steaming, sterilization and cooling equipment, ventilation adjustment and aseptic equipment, as well as the agitator and so on. The fermentation tanks mainly undertake the product production tasks. Seed tank is mainly to ensure that the necessary bacteria fermentation tank culture dimension for the purpose.

Fermenting is the process during which the yeast transforms the wort into beer.Lagerings takes place after fermenting and is the time given to the beer to stabilize and age after fermenting.

Fermenter available from 1 Barrel to 100 Barrels with an average 25% Head Space. All tank have a
Dish top , Cylinder body & 60 /70° Cone Bottom . Certified stainless steel material for all tanks,
with 100% TIG welded joints and seams with sanitary interior polish. Dimple Plate jacket for
Glycol cooling & high efficient Polyurethane foam insulated. All tanks use Tri-clamp connections,
are designed for up to 14.7 PSI and tested at 30 PSI. We can custom fabricate any tank to meet
your brewery’s space and height restrictions.

Application:
The whole set equipment is made of austenitic stainless steel. The cooling jacket adopts dimple jacket. The jackets are provided at tank body and conical bottom to effectively increase the cooling speed. Heat exchanging area of jacket of different proportions can be allocated according to customers' technological requirements. Widly used in brewery, bar, hotel, amily etc.
