2. Main Roll Forming Mill

Feeding Device: With manual pre-cutter as follows for saving materials

Roll forming machine combined with body frame, transmission mechanism and forming rollers, etc.

a) Body frame made from H400 type steel by welding with beautiful appearance, natural ageing treatment and SR(stress relief) treatment.

b)The body frame: shaft diameter 70mm, made from 45# steel, precision machined. The lower shaft is the main transmission by gear chain.

c)Rollers manufactured from 40Cr steel, CNC lathes, hard Chrome Coated

d)Transmission by motor driving, gear chain transmission, about 18-step to form

Main Motor=7.5KW, Frequency speed control

Forming speed of approx.12-15m/min

e) All the screw bolts with grade 8.8(cheap factories use low grade 4.8) to ensure fix the machine structure tightly and long life during the machine long time running.

3) Hydraulic Cutting device:

Post cut, stop to cutting, three pieces of the blade to cut

Pre-cutting and post cutting, use the same hydraulic system
